    Position is the initial point of contact for JMM’s HR Department for all internal and external customers (i.e. employees, vendors, brokers). Maintain personnel files, generate/distribute monthly reports, assist with benefit administration, open/sort mail, and follow up on required documentation for new employees and open enrollment activities. Provide support to HR department by scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks. Maintain bulletin boards, online recruiting job sites, and creating and maintaining internal/externals job postings. Provide daily coverage for Rt 13 receptionist.Requirements: HS with min 2-3 years related office experience. AAS degree and past experience in human resources, benefits administration and compliance preferred. Demonstrates ability to maintain confidential information; strong verbal and written communication skills; good planning and organizational skills, and attention to detail. Ability to foster effective working relationships at all levels of the organization. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and similar database software.
