    Michael Sciotti will talk about how New York State has just enacted sweeping changes which will impact all employers in the area of sexual harassment.  We will be covering the recent changes/additions to New York State law concerning sexual harassment, along with recent changes to the Internal Revenue Code which will impact the settlement of sexual harassment claims by employers and whether the settlement is tax deductible.   Subjects to be covered include:

    A.       Mandatory Sexual Harassment Policies

               B.        Mandatory Sexual Harassment Training of Employees and Managers

               C.        What is Sexual Harassment?

               D.        Employer Liability for Sexual Harassment

               E.         Investigation of Sexual Harassment Claims
